George Ezra has announced UK and Ireland tour dates.

The star took to Twitter to make the tour announcement and to reassure fans he has been working on his new album. George last released ‘Wanted on Voyage‘ in 2014 and has promised that he will debut many of his new tracks during the tour. George‘s Twitter post showed the following statement:

Hello everybody! There is no need for me to point out the face that I’ve been fairly quiet over the last year. But I’d like to reassure you all that I’ve been beavering away at what will one day be my second record… It took a minute to work out what I wanted to write about, and then how to approach the writing and recording process. I don’t want to give too much away regarding the record, but I do want to invite you all to join me on my first tour back. With that, I’m chuffed to announce my TOP SECRET UK and Ireland tour! This tour will be like no other that I have done before for many reasons, but mostly because it will be the first time that a lot of brand new songs are played live. We will of course be playing all of the classic Geoff Ezra sing-along numbers too! COME AND JOIN US! But don’t let the cat out of the bag, this tour is top secret… All the best, George X”.

The tour dates are as follows:

26th May – Limelight, Belfast
27th May – Millennium Forum, Derry
29th May – Olympia, Dublin
30th May – Milk Market, Limerick
1st June – Pavilion Theatre, Rhyl
