Geordie Pop Princess Cheryl Cole is set to perform her new single on the new BBC1 talent show The Voice. Her current manager Will.i.am is also set to be a coach on the singing competition.

After a rough 2011, Cheryl is determined to make this year even better. With rumours flying around every other week that she will return to The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent. Cheryl’s manager Will.i.am seems even more determined to break Simon Cowell and prove ‘She’s Worth It’.

Simon has also recently admitted that he would welcome the Geordie star back to any of his panellist shows. Will.i.am states that Cheryl will not be returning to The X Factor and instead needs her own show.

With The Voice going head to head in the ratings in the spring against Britain’s Got Talent, I think this is the perfect opportunity for Cheryl to prove exactly what she is made of and show Simon Cowell that she can succeed on her own. One thing is for sure – Cheryl will have the Geordie crowd supporting her 100%! The Voice, which also features Jessie J, Tom Jones and The Script’s Danny O’Donoghue as coaches, kicks off on BBC1 this spring.
