MAVERICK SABRE // LET ME GO (REVIEW)
With such a soulful voice, amazing lyrics and pure raw talent, it’s only a matter of time before Maverick Sabre explodes onto the music scene in a huge way. With a growing fan base on Twitter and Facebook, as well as Radio 1 backing this amazing artist – the future is looking very ‘Sabre’ for this London born, Irish raised singer/songwriter.
Maverick Sabre is one the most soulful and unique voices I have heard in a very long time. The first time I heard Maverick perform was on the Chris Moyles marathon show, I was immediately blown away and hooked on his voice.
After watching Maverick perform on Ustream early this evening, I was yet again amazed as such a powerful and exquisite voice hadn’t been heard long before now. He clearly appreciates fans and regularly takes time out of his day to reply to messages on Twitter and thanking them for their support. To me this shows that Maverick Sabre is well grounded and truly amazed at the response he has had so far.
‘Let Me Go’ is the amazing debut single, and is sure to have fans wanting more from the soulful singer. The track speaks for itself with calming instrumentals and big band moments during the song. This is surely to be a huge hit for the 21 year old. With a 17 date tour due to be announced this week and his much anticipated debut album due for release later in the year, 2011 is shaping up to be Maverick Sabre’s year.
